XiaMen ZONEWU LoRaWAN Integral Chlorine Ion Transmitter is a wireless sensor used to measure magnesium ion content in water. 

XiaMen ZONEWU Wireless LoRaWAN Water Turbidity Sensor  Sensor Features:

Leveraging LoRaWAN spread spectrum technology, the sensor achieves a transmission distance of 2–10 km (depending on the environment) without wiring. It supports remote data collection in scenarios such as rivers, reservoirs, swimming pools, and industrial wastewater tanks, eliminating the need for complex cable laying in wet or large-area water bodies and reducing deployment costs.  

 

2. Ultra-Low Power Consumption for 3–5 Years of Maintenance-Free Operation

Adopting a sleep-wake working mode and low-power components, the standby current is as low as microampere level. Combined with a high-capacity Li-SOCl₂ battery, it can operate continuously for 3–5 years without battery replacement. This is ideal for unattended monitoring scenarios such as remote water sources or long-term wastewater treatment, significantly reducing later operation and maintenance costs.  

 

3. IP68 Waterproof & Corrosion-Resistant Design for Harsh Water Environments

The sensor probe and host are made of corrosion-resistant materials (e.g., PTFE, 316L stainless steel) and feature an IP68 fully sealed structure. It can withstand long-term submersion in water (up to 5 meters deep) and resist corrosion from chlorine ions, acids, alkalis, and other harmful substances in water. Suitable for complex environments such as industrial wastewater, seawater aquaculture, and chemical plant sewage, ensuring stable performance.  

 

4. High-Precision Detection for Reliable Water Quality Data

Equipped with a professional chlorine ion-selective electrode (ISE), the sensor offers a measurement range of 0.01–1000 mg/L and an accuracy of ±0.1 mg/L. It effectively resists interference from coexisting ions (e.g., sulfate, nitrate) in water, ensuring accurate and stable detection of chlorine ion concentration. It provides reliable data support for drinking water disinfection control, swimming pool water quality management, and industrial wastewater discharge compliance.  

 

5. Seamless Integration with IoT Platforms for Intelligent Management

Compatible with standard LoRaWAN protocols (Class A/B/C), the sensor can connect to private LoRa gateways or public networks (e.g., TTN, Helium). It supports real-time data upload to cloud platforms, enabling functions such as remote monitoring, historical data query, over-limit alarm (via SMS/email/App), and data visualization. It is easy to integrate with water treatment automation systems (e.g., PLC) for centralized management of large-scale water quality monitoring projects.  

 

6. Easy Deployment & Wide Adaptability to Multiple Water Scenarios

The sensor features a compact design and multiple installation methods (submersible, wall-mounted, floating). Users can complete deployment in 10 minutes without professional tools—simply submerge the probe in the target water or fix it to the monitoring point. How can we extend electrode life?

After using the sensor, please rinse the gearbox head with clean water, cover it with a protective cover, and dry it to prolong the life of the electrode. 

 

What kind of environment can't you use?

Can't be used in water containing organic solvents. Because there are too many interfering ions in seawater and their concentrations are high, it is not recommended to use this device in seawater. 

 

How to preserve your devicea?

Equipment that is not used for a long time should be kept dry, and equipment for short storage should be maintained in a standard diluted solution of each ion.
